Overview

DendroLabs builds hardware products, apps, and open-source tools. We respect your privacy and have designed our products to work without collecting or storing your personal information.

Data We Collect

Our apps do not require accounts and do not transmit personal information to our servers or to third parties. On this website, the only personal data we collect is what you choose to submit through a form — such as the launch-updates list described below.

Launch Updates List

If you sign up for product launch updates (for example, for Dialed In), we store what you submit: your email address and, if you provide them, your first name, which planer you own, and your country. We use it for two things only — sending you the updates you asked for, and understanding in aggregate which machines and regions to support first.

This information is stored in our Cloudflare account and is never sold or shared. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your information entirely at any time by emailing hello@dendrolabs.com.

Purchases

App purchases are processed entirely through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the product. Hardware purchases are processed through Stripe. DendroLabs does not have access to your payment details. These services have their own privacy policies.

Analytics

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics services.

Location Data

Some of our apps may request location access. Location data is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may collect basic connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of its standard operation. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. The contact form on our support page is processed by Formspree, which has its own privacy policy.

Children's Privacy

Our products do not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
