How do I get support for a specific product?

Are your apps available on Android?
Some apps are cross-platform (Yarn Chicken, Ohmmio), while others are currently iOS-only. Check the product page for platform availability.
Do you offer refunds?
App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google — refund requests should go through their respective support channels. Bramble is sold through Lemon Squeezy; contact us and we'll take care of it. For hardware products, contact us directly.
When will in-development products be available?
We don't announce release dates until products are ready. Follow us for updates, or check back on the product pages for status changes.
Is the SONiC Firewall open source?
Yes — the SONiC Firewall module will be released as open source. Check the GitHub page for the latest code and documentation.
